I'm really pleased you enjoyed this one, it's true, life is like a puzzle and just when you think you have all the pieces, you find one is missing!!! It's happening so many times. But that's life. You always ask how everyone is, yet you are 'chugging' along yourself. You have the kindest heart, my dear friend, and I love you for it. Sarah is struggling badly, I feel so sad for her. Ian has been given a special pair of shoes for the new shape of his foot, but can't wear them until the wound has completely healed. Being diabetic, everything takes so much longer, we've learned. Still, his cancer is 'static' which is good news. I hope we all have some positive news this year, you too, dear friend. Keep strong, and keep that smile of yours. Biggest hugs. How true . Some of us have bigger jigsaws than others to piece together throughout our life. It`s a good comparison . Especially if we manage to find that last piece before the end -- how annoying to have lost it !

Yes, life can be like that. There are days I feel like that four-year-old, or put another way, trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.
I enjoyed this poem and I could relate to it all too well.
You wrote it beautifully, with your usual elegant style and wonderful rhyme and graceful flow.
