You've had a long chequered career, moments of abject sorrow and advantage taking, times of personal struggle and victory, jobs of tragedy and burnout, (I have friends involved in similar vocations). It seems you are in a good place now, so I'm glad that's where you are now. Well done Gypsy, my friend, blessings, Roy

Thank you Gypsy,

Gypsy, what an amazing life you have lived. So many varied jobs. You dodged perverts and helped the disabled, the traumatized, and the destitute. Your "first job teaching office skills to disabled people for Goodwill Industries in Stockton, California" resonated with me as I teach vocational skills to disabled adults in Oakland, California. But your best job is your last--teaching haiku and tanka on FanStory. As you conclude, "I love teaching and I love haiku, what could be better? It's the perfect job for me."
Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, darlin', I didn't know you are a teacher too. That is wonderful. You must be an awesome teacher orator. Lucky students :)
