O.k I am beginning to understand your style. It is completely specific to the way you write but I rather like it, it is poetic but also a story. This is very imaginative and I enjoyed reading it and will look forward to the next part. Clever word play. Kind regards Meia x

I enjoyed your story. Very creative! I like the personification of the roses and the idea of using them in a story about a "budding" romance. I think you can cut back on some of the flower imagery so it's not overkill. The concept behind the story is creative in of itself without pushing the metaphor too far.
I look forward to the next chapter. Will Rose and Billy's relationship be a thorny one? Or will they intertwine and produce little rose buds of their own? Guess I'll have to wait and see!
