A well-written contest entry. I think you completed the challenge of the contest well. Your well-chosen words describe this constellation well. The photo completed the piece well.

Very will done, and great presentation. One little glitch, the alliteration in the last line, because it rhymes with the last word got lost in reading. I read it several times before I caught it. Now, rereading it again I am impressed a bit more with the change, moving your pattern to the 2nd and 3rd words.
Best wishes in the contest. Thanks for sharing.

I like your poem and I'm going to search for the story of the seven sisters. Thank you for providing your author notes. Your poem flows and rhymes well and it tells an interesting story about the seven sisters, which I believe is stars. Good alliteration of words throughout your poem.

Thanks for the review angel. Ys the seven sisters are a group of stars that can be seen everywhere in the world. Stars like the southern cross cannot be seen in North America and I was thrilled to see it when I came to Africa. All the countries have different stories as to how the stars came to be. I like the North American Indian one best. Cheers, j

You chose a wonderful subject for this prompt, IMO - the Seven Sisters are legendary, and a beautiful grouping of stars. Your poem reflects that too, and the alliteration doesn't seem forced at all (which, in my opinion, ruins it when it does).

Best of luck in the contest.

Thanks for the review. When I was sailing I would often use the stars to steer by and I just loved the idea of seven sisters shining down on me. Cheers, j

a lovely poem of the stars (seven sisters). I have probably gazed at these often and not known the name. Good alliteration and rhyme. You have successfully met the challenge, not an easy one at that.
Good luck to you in the contest.

A very well-written rhyming alliteration poem. The seven sisters are quite famous and are widely visible from our planet earth.

Outstanding allitersen, well done!

I really enjoyed it, it is meaningful, beautiful, alliterative and metrically sound.
Good luck for the competition. I love Pleiades. Many myths around these stars in New Zealand, too

I really enjoyed your poem. Keeping to all the rules is not easy and you did it perfectly. e.g. the alliteration and the rhyming.
Congratulations.

This Rhyming Alliterisen is original in approach and orderly structured in rhymes as the poet has maintained a free flow of thoughts coupled with synchronized word visual imagery thru ups and downs in expressiveness, I liked and enjoyed the read.
