Wow. This is profound.
Humans are certainly adept at predation. Of course we (as a group, not you or me personally) admire these cats.
And, as you explain, we will end as they end. At this rate, it may be tomorrow.

Ah, the age old predicament of comparing the old with the new, the extinct with the present, creation with evolution, (although some tiger populations are regionally, already extinct, or near extinction, for different reasons) but a brilliantly penned enigmatic haiku, a real paradox, well done, it should spark a lot of interest, blessings, Roy
