Hi friend. What a lovely and tender writing , and yet so full of imaginative images . The winter sounds convincing and less unfriendly. Take good care of Mrs Winter.

I think you did a great job within the rules. You created a great sense of personality with the conversational tone, really a monologue. You make it a little complicated in leaving Mrs. Winter behind. she doesn't like the cold, she waits for spring. And winter seems to have some compassion, even though he loves the snowmen, the ice, he lets spring come for her. Nice job estory

A well-written contest entry. I think you completed the challenge of the contest very well. Your words flowed line to line combining easily and forming the message of the poem for the reader.

Aww, Mr. Winter sounds like a gentleman! At least he has the courtesy to leave Mrs. Winter to the warmth until spring. AND..she gets a ring! Cute entry for this contest, good luck, Blessings..

Well, Mr. Winter, you can fade into spring anytime now. I'm tired of being cold all the time. Nice job of personification. Good luck in the contest.

This meets the contest requirements nicely as you certainly personify winter in the first person throughout. You cover all that winter is as you tell your story. I wish you all the best in the voting and thank you very much for sharing it.

Ah Mister Winter, bringing snow "every now and then". Not here, though, and the Midwest usually gets a lot of snow. Love that Mrs. Winter is more about spring than about winter itself - sort of like Persephone and Hades.
Good luck in the contest.
