Hey Darren, how are you?
Thin sardines ... are not as good as fat ones. :) I love sardines and crackers.
===>thin sardines swimming of course, you have to be slim to fit in the tin<===
thin sardines swimming 5
of course, you have to be slim 7
to fit in the tin 5
Your haiku reads as a sentence and it has the traditional 5/7/5 syllable count. I am not sure what it means but I like it. Good job, my friend.

Oh my goodness, slim for the tin. I'm laughing, I'm laughing. You're funny. Well thought out. The satori sounds like a definite plan. Also, you met the syllable count requirements. Nicely done. Happy New Year.

Thank you so much for taking the time time to read and review. Now if you will excuse me, I am enjoying mustard sardines crackers.

Don't review haiku unless it catches me. This one caught me. Never thought of them as thin to fit in the can of sardines, but you caught it very well

Thank you so much, Barb. I am honored that a haiku skeptic would give me so many wonderful haiku reviews.
Thanks,

LOL, that is soooo funny! I love this one. It's not often I understand these little poems, but you can't mistake the meaning in this one of yours. Well done, it's great. :) Sandra xx

Thank you so much. I am sitting in McDonald's Italian about the economy of the Japanese culture, and it just came to me. Thanks for laughing with me!

I enjoyed this. I have a loaner car while my van is being repaired. It is a Chrysler 200 and I feel like I am trying to fit into a sardine can. I want my van back. Patricia

Hey, thanks so much for the review. It was my intent to have the reader identify with small spaces. You are evidence that I have successfully done this, and before I swim away, I want to say thanks!
