Someone in your neighborhood is on the same frequency...Dish told us..Therefore..when I want to watch Lifetime at Mom's..he turns to football...We have this war..Lifetime v ESPN...He might as well be my ex...
However ...I do have some of your other things happening at my house..hmmm...
I loved the humorous poem...

I have cable, but I'm sure it's something simple like that. The ghost theory is so much more fun. But you never know... Thanks for the review and the stars.

This poem is a bit of spooky fun :) We named our ghost, George. Have you named your ghost? George gets blamed for many unexplained events in our house. I'd offer a way to debunk the ghost idea except your evidence is too compelling. The cats were sleeping and the remote was on the coffee table where nobody touched it.

I hope your ghost puts on good shows for you to watch. There's nothing worse than fighting with a ghost over which shows you prefer to watch.

This is an enjoyable poem to read today.

He seems to like hockey. Maybe I should call him Gordie. LOL Or maybe I just have a wonky TV. It's old. Anyway, I'm always changing it back. Thanks for the fun review.

I love poems about ghostly encounters. I've written so many myself that I've lost count. I love the last line about charging the ghost rent! I've often felt the same way! Enjoyable read.

Glad you enjoyed. I don't know if it's a ghost or just a wonky TV, but it provided great inspiration for a poem. Thanks for the great review and the stars.

Could be a ghost... or a wonky TV. Nothing bad has happened so I'm not too worried. Thanks for the review and the stars.

I guess we get our inspiration anyway we can.
Excellent rhymes and tight wording makes this an easy and enjoyable read.
Really enjoyed the images of a spooky but for now a friendly ghost.

Weird that the channels would "change" themselves as you depict in this poem.

Better call Ghost Busters.

As long as all he is doing is messing with the remote you should be okay.

However, if things go flying on their own maybe you should take more drastic measures?

Thanks. Nothing bad has happened. Maybe there's something wrong with the TV. It's old. Thanks again for the review and the stars.

I good read and great poem. I would suspect the cat, but you have eliminated that. But you might have a ghost, my brother lives in a 100 year old house with a ghost or two wandering around. He is always telling me stories such as your poem provides, and his attitude is much like yours, they cause very little problems most of the time. Like the time he found the remote in the refrigerator next to the beer. I think I know what happened, but he swears the ghost did it.

Yeah, I think the ghost is innocent. Unless the beer disappears! Of course, there's a logical explanaion for that, too. LOL Thanks for the great review and the stars.

Ha, very good. I like the rhyme and the humorous way you deal with ghosts in the house. The ending was just classic. If only you could charge them.

Well crafted.

Yep, if he wants to use my heat, he's going to have to pay for it. Maybe I could use him as an air conditioner in the summer. LOL Thanks for the stars.
