You've painted the hilarity so well in this one :) My first thought was for you to bring your purse along in case you have to produce I'd or pay for something. I'm grateful I can't smell the barf or I'd be dry haaaaacking while reading. I never barf, but the sympathy heaving kicks in every time when somebody else pukes. Changing baby poopy diapers sets off the heave reflex too. Oh and at the dentist office too. I made the dental assistant run out of the room just a few months ago lol! All dry noises I'm happy to report.

I love that you are manning, "the MamaBear Worry Station".

Hi Joy, thank you so much for your thoughtful RR&R and believe it or not, my grandson arrived this morning just after barfing curdled milk all over himself and his carseat. What are the chances of that happening after just posting this chapter??? I spent the morning de-stinktifying him and his carseat. Yikes! Thanks for the catch on the 'it'...IT has been corrected! Have an awesome week, Joy!

Your sentence of 'This is the hotel,..,." ran off the page. you may want to check it out.

Oh at least I have a six for this one which I might add is absolutely wonderful to read. I love Bruni so much and the whole scene is to cry for. I had to read this one a second time for the true effect as I was crying with laugher the first time.
You are the best

Hi Barb, thank you so much for the glorious SIX! I will have to have a look at the hotel running off the page. I wanted to run off the page again as I relived the weekend! Thank you so very much for your high compliment and continued interest in my 'stuff'...puke and all! Have a wonderful week!

This is non-fiction? It would make me weep even if it were fiction! You poor mama. I wonder how long Drunkie's hangover will last. Serves her right. Well told, but a tragic story from my maternal viewpoint. :)

Non-fiction and the year was 2011. I'm still suffering from Nashville Trashville PTSD! Thank you, Phyllis, for your RR&R :) Have a great week!

OMG. I am so sorry for you that I can't even laugh at this one. (Not to mention the fact that...oh hell, I hate when people do that; say they don't need to mention something and go right ahead and mention it...)...what was I saying? Oh yeah, I was too busy trying to keep my eyeball in place (got a headache) while I dry-heaved my way through part 4. Wait - that wasn't what I was saying...oh foooook it. I'm going back to bed. You don't need me.

I was worried when you saw that through the peephole. I'm relieved for your daughter she wasn't beat up or worse, but sad for you that there was a great deal of puke! This truly is a nightmare trip. I hope things get better from this point.

It keeps getting worse, doesn't it? This nightmare obviously came to an end, 'cause here you are telling us about it.

Did you bring her back with you? LOL.

Looking forward to what happens next. 8-)

Yuck, I've found the best cure for a hangover is, don't sober up. It's part of my Drinking Man's Diet or How I Lost Four Days In One Week.
