Your poem is interesting and I enjoyed reading it. It's interesting because I interrupt it as a memory you are having on a Sunday morning. Your thoughts of the Saturday right before.

I think of a rainy sunday and that song comes on the radio, and for a moment I recall that Saturday, long ago, dancing with my love. Songs have a way of transporting us back I find. Thanks for the review, cheers, j

-Effective imagery, like
"love melody" and reference to the rain.
-I like the idea of Sunday becoming Sat. night
as you are dancing together.
-I would still capitalize the days of the week.

author, I love cinquains and in the past have done many of them. I am still rusty on the form, but this appears to adhere to its rules. Songs do have a tendency to change the moods and take us back to another place in time.. well done.. jlsavell
