I'm enjoyed the gothic haiku horrors that you and Dean are creating. This is quite and undertaking by the two of you. Well done. I look forward to seeing is coming next.
Blessings

A very well-written horror haiku, Mirela must have some of her mother's wickedness in her genes, we all have some characteristics of one or both of our parents.

You deliver a well penned verse with spot on syllable count and hauntingly eerie imagery. The reference to the wicked witch of the east was not lost on me and was nicely executed in its subtlety. Nicely done and I thank you very much for sharing it.

Great sound with veiled and evil. I take it the narrator feels a kinship with the evil wind. As the last line states, they are kindred spirits. Sometimes it seems as if the wind is evil, the damage it can do. Instead of the devil made me do it, it's all the east wind's fault! Very convincing. Great presentation. judi

LOL Judi, that is funny, the east wind made me do it. LoL
Mirela lost her memory but is, slowly, coming back. Her mother was an evil witch and Mirela may share her mother's evil ways .... we don't know for sure --yet!
Thank you for reading, sweetie pie.

Poor Mirela. The dainty thing catches a brief break, then she's right back in the thick of things one again.
That would be enough to drive someone to madness!
I know...
I like the fact that you always seem to shy away from the traditional "norm" that so many seem to want to impose upon us who write haiku poetry. You know, the "5-7-5" mentality that's so prevalent here?
While your haiku does have a syllabic count of 6/7/4, it is still well within the limits of seventeen syllables, or less, required of haiku. It demonstrates great balance (shot/long/short), a truly terrifying Gothic theme, and as always, the artwork which accompanies this is superb.
Well done, my talented Gypsy.
How in the hell could I possibly follow this!?!

Her thoughts and dreams visit her as she slumbers, bringing ideas and deep feelings and thoughts of another time, place.
Nicely done as another part to the differently done book
