LOL, this was a fun one. When I saw the Picture Challenge, it took me a while to think of something different, and this one popped up. My sons both love apple pie, and that was where my thoughts came from. I am so pleased you liked this one too. This is an interesting take on this art work. Pleasure definitely can be expensive especially with the open door and invitation. The Lady in the gold dress enticing as she is with all due seductive looks tempts any man. Wow, you kind of ruined my love for apple pie!!ð???

Sorry I have missed reviewing - for some reason I didn't get notices, or didn't see them, and I've been so occupied with this September poem-a-day and so on, without reminders I just lose it! I haven't even been able to keep up with replies to my reviews.
Loved your interpretation of this beautiful painting Sandra. This is the one I actually wrote a movie review about on my FB page a while back. The movie was wonderful!

You and me both, Linda. I've been on a diet since the new year, and have lost 21 pounds, and have another 4 to go to reach my target. These last pounds are the hardest! You will do it, because you WANT to, and that makes all the difference. Thank you, sweet girl for reading my bit of fun. Let me know when you reach your target. Are you doing it on your own, or have you joined a club? I go to weight watchers, I tried to do it on my own at the beginning, but it was too easy to cheat. LOL. So weak-willed when it comes to food! I am doing it on my own ....but my girlfriend is doing it with me...she has lost 28 pounds...but she has more to lose...I just let myself go for a minute...and it's crazy...I have never been heavy ever... doctor said stress...just lose ten pounds...so I am...but I want to try for 15...you know the holidays are coming...yum...LOL...and I'm back to watching what I am eating...I'll let ya know...these last two were the hardest...one more...for the doctor...5 more for me...
