syllable count= 5/7/5 good job! This is an important part in this contest.
senses= feel, sight, and observation.. awesome!
suggestion= make the font a bit lighter color

Nice use of the hint at birth (nests) and death (withered leaves). Good imagery. I liked the flow. Simple clean concise and yet capturing a beautiful picture of fall. Great job.
