I don't think the turnout for the general election will be nearly as big as the primary was. We have not been given a choice . Makes me almost ashamed to be an American. The world is probably as shocked and dismayed as we are.

Great little political rant concerning all of the mud slinging going on in todays political society. You can definitely tell it's election year. Perfect eight syllable 2-4-2 poem. The artwork is a great compliment to the poem. Oh those vipers of the pit. Best wishes.

This is a great poem and a perfect entry for the 2-4-2 poetry contest. With just a few words you said something substantive and true. Politicians do a lot of yelling and they routinely use propaganda to disrespect one another. This is a very clever and creative poem. Best of luck in the contest.
