I had not heard of this movie and love Meryl Streep. If you like this time period and strong women, check out the story of Electra Havemeyer Webb, a rich New York heiress, who collected buildings, trains and even a big boat. She created a museum in Shelburne Vermont with all these original buildings set around beautiful Vermont fields.
She took apart the original one room school houses, old post offices, train stations etc and transported them to Shelburne museum. There is even an 1950"s house with a 57 chevy parked in the driveway. Cheers, see you at the finish line, judester
