Yes. Freedom is being yourself, pursuing your own happiness, without considering or caring what others think. If I didn't consider you a match for your spouse, would you care what I thought?
Correct me if I am wrong, but you seem to be confusing what others think, with a person making a life choice which 'effects' another person's life and well being. The freedom to do as I choose ends when my actions encroach on your freedom to do as you choose.
That is not the case in with marriage liberty. Is it? The Supreme Court agreed with that assessment and stated that same-sex marriage is constitutional, and to deny it, is unconstitutional.
I only mentioned this last part because you spoke of laws, and in the US, there is no higher law than the Constitution.

On it's own, the words are powerful and relate-able. With the picture, it takes on a more specific meaning and is still powerful. Smooth use of rhyme.

Well said! I agree with completely. It's about time! My daughter got married with the love of her life and they are very happy together. I waited for this logical law to come in effect for a long time.
