I loved the pictures and the poem.
It is almost as you cheated, because the picture conveys so much in itself....
Thank you.

This 1-6-1, Fickle Finger of Fate, seems to speak to the thin membrane that separates how relations are seen from minute to minute, or year to year. Nice.

Hello,
How wonderful, I like your 1/6/1, it states a truth, fate can create love but unfortunately, it can also produce hate. After all, they are opposite faces of the same coin.

Hmmm, I'm truly sorry one must experience such a thing, I can understand the deep emotions of this poem. How often does a person experience both, even, at the same time?

Thanks. There are love/hate relationships. One of the most dynamic was portrayed in Richard Burton/Liz Taylor's movie, Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe. Appreciate your thoughts. Cheers ... ;-)

Nicely written poem about love and hate. Some believe it is fated. The poem seems to be a warning to the mate.
Hope you did well

A very well-written poem. If two people do not keep working on the love in their relationship, it can easily turns into hate for each other.

Thanks. Yes - when fate takes our hand, it can take us in many directions. Love and hate are two dynamics that fate may lead us to ... so, we should be aware of the possibilities and not let the hate aspect gain control.
Appreciate your thoughts. Cheers ... ;-)

Too true and what a perfect image choice.
Our lives are truly affected by the fickle finger of fate.
Good luck in the contest.

Hi
= This is an excellent 1.6.1 entry.
= Spot on artwork to complement it as well.
= Indeed, fate is what we make it.
= Good luck in the contest.

The opposite of love is indifference. Hate originating from love would seem to be twisted love...or possessiveness..
It is a striking poem with the picture and notes. Interesting.
