This is an interesting poem, Ricky1024. I really liked the clear sense of awe expressed in the last line when you realized "There was No Wondering Me!" My husband was shot in the forehead when he was 4 or 5 years old by accident by his sister. Amazingly, he was blessed not to die that day, just as the character in your poem! Good write. I am glad to,create for you,a plesant memory. I was hit back in 1982 by ab old lady while on my motorcycle. She hit the gas and not rhe breaks...
She BOUNCED OFD ME AND FINALLY A BIG TREE,STOPPED HER CAR.
M y injuries.
My blood pressure was elevated.
Hets?
A broken leg!
Muracles and blesssings such as these...
Happen to the blessed few but why?

It's late here in Hersey as I reply on this cell phone (By Candle light all alone. I await the entrance of my pal Garfield asleep on my couch. He is a tabby and loves me dearly.My other cat Valerir hides from him!
