I enjoyed reading your whimsical tale. I love the humor in this and you have created funny characters. There is a bit of roughness to the flow but your rhyme and story are great.

Thanks Lisa, Yes after further readings the flow can be uneven. Repairs may be necessary. Best regards Linda

Dilemma? Sounds great to me. The prince, Kay, and Froggy living blissfully together until they croak-what's not to like? But then I have lived in Obama's America...

You made me laugh throughout this quite entertaining piece of poetry. It is funny that not the King nor any of his Knights, except for Sir Kay, knew he was gay. Everyone trying to find the prince a wife. I love how Sir Epilogue brought him a talking frog and refused to kiss it. The last two lines says it all, "I don't need a wife I've got a dog, I'd rather have a talking frog."
Linda you have done an excellent job in composing this excellent poem.
Have a great day,,,,,Jim

I like this, but I will say I found myself wondering what happened in the prince's search for true love! The flow was very good, and my interest was caught from the beginning. Note, there is a type in "you're" in the 4th from last line :) Thanks for sharing.

The prince was a gay! LOL. You penned this humorous poem of bride hunting by the king without his knowing that the prince had already a knight. At the end, I had a few guffaws.

A well-written poem. The otherwise if the story of the princess and the frog. The princess took a chance by kissing the frog. But the prince have no desire to find a beautiful princess. He already has a knight.
