Hi Rhonda, sorry to be so late with this review, but we have a lot going on here. All good things, but the day just don't have enough hours at the moment. This is another great chapter and I too wonder who this Ahmed really is. Strange! Looking forward to what's next. All the best. Ulla:)))

I haven't quite found the correct order, but the story continues to encourage my continued reading. Still loving the Daredevil Girls concept. Will keep reading!

Thank you so much for reviewing. If you go on my portfolio, you can go back and reread a few if you want, and it will probably make more sense. Thanks so much for taking time to think it over!

-I really like the artwork.
-This is a good one, full of mystery.
-I'm not sure what will happen, but Ahmed is not a likeable person.
-His treatment of Sally and Sage is horrible, especially when he causes Sally to faint, and he shoots at the cat. I always thought cats were sacred to Egyptians, but I guess he never learned that.
-History is not my strongest point, so I don't know exactly what happened to Nefertiti and others, but apparently, Ahmed's film was a scandal, according to the group. That does make you wonder.
-So, now Ahmed is Nefertiti's son, back from the grave.
-There must be some great powers at work here.
-Two typos: snivelling [sniveling] Neferetiti [Nefertiti?]

Thanks for the review and grammar notes. I fixed Nefertiti, but have to go back on the other. Pharaoh also fixed.
Ahmed shot at the cat, but carefully missed her, his nod to culture, while intimidating the kids.
Definitely up to no good.
The adventure continues...

You are welcome for the review and comments. Ahmed did miss the cat, but his purposes, as you said, seem to be "up to no good." The adventure does continue...will we find out he is a pretender, as the returning son of Nefertiti?!

Stay tuned...

Will do!

Ahmed is revealed for what he is
The problem is...no one knows what he is
Pharaoh, tour guide, madman
But one thing is certain, he is dangerous
and up to no good, but for some reason, yet unknown,
he needs the Daredevil girls (and guy) to perform some task
Now what could a reincarnated mighty Pharaoh need?
tune in to the next exciting chapter of the Daredevil Girls
From Bunker Hill and find out
And so we will
PS Pharaoh is misspelled from "According to the film" to the end
we can't have that, Ahmed will be very upset

Thank you so much for pointing out all aspects that caught your attention. I guess I was being dyslexic on Pharaoh...silly me...wouldn't want Akie/Ahmed to lose his royal temper!
You are certainly right, he's a dangerous dude! And, yes, more will be revealed coming up shortly!
Thanks again,
Rhonda

Hi Rhonda, another wonderful chapter. You continue to hold my attention and build the suspense up. This Ahmed is definitely a shady character. Hopefully, the girls and guy will figure it all out.

I'm caught up, so wuz savin' the six. You earned it Girl.
I remember the story of Aktenahen and Nefertiti, it was a shady ending to the singular god movement that they started. So that in mind, you picked an excellent moment in history to back your story with.
I didn't see the Ahmed character, to Akhenahen II, switch coming until you wanted me to, so nicely done.
Now that you have done it, it makes for a great build up.
You have a way of giving vague glimpses into the plot as it's coming, while leaving a few hints behind as to how to get out. (This episode, the cat, Sage.)I love that clever writing style, you don't have to add any forgotten detail in your writing during the critical action sequence. Merely pick up the left behind clue and use it.
I really loved the way you did the previous action with the witch. It gave me all I needed from a visual standpoint, without over doing the drama of a fight scene.
I'm interested to see if you nail this one as well as you did the last one...

Thanks, Jimmy, and all of this leads up to the outer story, which isn't too far away. You'll see it's all a set up for what's coming. Originally, I published this book, then bought back the title so I could rewrite it. The editing was horrible, and it was my first book. It's sequel is still in print, and I can't change it. I have two more in the series written, but not published. I have my own publishing company now, and so I can publish them once I get them cleaned up, too. It takes a lot of self promoting as I'm not affiliated with the "big boys", but they keep most of the profit, and are picky as hell about who they publish. I've found no problem getting venues for book signings when I want them, and can travel all over the country for research and book signings, and deduct from income taxes. Not my main joy (chemistry teacher), but a fun way to spend the summers!
Thank you for the brilliant six star rating, and that's what I did with yours. I had one six left, and waited until I finished your series to leave it. I did check the times you posted, and it was in the time of my concussion, or shortly thereafter. I noticed the "cops" couple and saw I had reviewed those.
Good luck, and I would love to see you complete the other series!!
