A wise man once said "Whether you think you can or think you can't, either way you're right." I think that's true. We have to believe in ourselves. I'm not so sure about God, but if he's real he wouldn't have made any junk. If not we have to look after ourselves.

We all limit ourselves by our perceptions. How true this is. I am finding how many things I am able to do this year that I didn't think I could do with a disability. A good poem, my friend. Have a blessed day~Debbie

This is an eloquent and thoughtful poem. The ideas are cleverly presented and make the reader consider their own thoughts and opinions. The rhyme helps to make the poem flow. Thanks for sharing.

Limitation's culture... Is a lovely poem that reminds us that our greatest limitations are those within the walls of our own creation. You have reminded us that if we link ourselves with God and his purposes and plans, there is nothing impossible for the child of God. You've also informed us that our personal demands and plans are of no earthly good. Thanks Roy, I needed that brother! Thanks for sharing. May God bless you!

I think those people who see possibilities when others see problems are the ones who get along better in life, don't you? We may call them optimists, but in a way, they're just realists. God always finds a way. *smile* Thanks!

This poem had beautifully crafted images of what we a humans do to negate what is probable and inevitable, the return of all that is earthly to heaven. I loved your stanza that starts with "securing treasure - building dams......Delightful, insightful and oddly comforting to me. Thank you, sir.
