There's only a couple times where I've gotten super annoyed. I hate it when they do site maintenance and I have something posted. For however many hours they take to do site maintenance I feel like that many hours should be added to my post that I promoted. Not if that's how it works now or not but that always irritated me. lol

Right on. I forget where you are? I know that Tom does maintenance (at least I know NOW not before!) around Midnight in USA not sure what zone that is for him...but that equates to around tea or supper time here on the East coast of Australia. Been caught too many times because of that! Grrr. Thanks.

Nah Tom owns the show but I have stuck it to him a time or two.We had 2 accounts here mainly because Tom said it would be unfair if I "Ghost- wrote" my wife's book on our trips through Australia. Sorry I didn't know you then. Bob and Ron and even Michael Cahill another one you would like, encouraged us to published Louise's book but nothing happening yet. She was Tootsie55 if you saw her around. Anyway...tangent there like Ron and Michael do.... we opened Tootsie 55 and Louise wrote the book and I added pictures and proof read it for her (we are both disabled folks so the book was written from a different disposition...I guess you might know Bob deals with disability in his family too between us unless you already know) Anyway, Tom has this checking system mainly to stop members reviewing their own work ie bumping up the points etc illegally. This system was grossly unfair to us (you will see mention of it in some of my poems for example 'Why Can't Tiew Review".....hus protectionist system stopped both of us reviewing same author's works and even stopped me reviewing her work which I was entitled as we PAID FOR TWO ACCOUNTS! All this to understand why I do get fed up with FS at times. having just renewed I still wonder why I did. Thanks for listening. Make the cheque for Bob; to Geoffrey Moore...NOT TO BOB as I need to bank the cheque to send the money to him through Pay Pal.

Cascara is a Laxative. HEHE! Not sure if it is particularly Aussie?? Sis I dunno why I did it but I actually renewed for another year, recently. Tom and the team are very biased and the same people win all the competitions and get all the Reviewing prizes. I have reviewed my heart out and never ever get anything. I suppose the Writers should put me up for the Reviewers competition more as well, ha. Thanks for coming by even though no reward. Been reading a relatively new guy to me he never offers much for reviewing but he makes a good point as to why. Maybe I should cut back on Reviewing rewards myself hehe.

The point about the rewards is that it's an incentive to reviewers. Cutting back would be cutting your nose to spite your face, Geoff! Glad you've renewed. I'm very busy and can't be on often, but I love the friendships and camaraderie I've found here.

Firefox is good. Never thought of using it as a server hehe. I used it on the old church web site for adding files. Tom does his maintenance when all 'youse' are snuggled up in bed in the Middle of the night. But that is around Supper time here. I know now to stay away from FS at between 5 and 6pm here. I agree with you. I have no problems on any other site but this one. It moves way to slow and my reviewing time is limited. I hate writing a review and then losing it because because FS screwed up.

Thanks Barbara. There are quite a few who miss all this. I am guessing you are on late at night due to your schedule. Tom does maintenance from 12 midnight to after 1am US time. It is our Supper time here so I NOW know to stay away from FS at that time. Thing is he notifies at other down times why not do the same for other than his own folks who are tucked up in their beds except for you and me hehe! Thanks for the great review.

Next March 30, mate. Thanks for noticing. You guys are usually snug in bed when Tom does his maintenance I have now found out. Thing is, Americans seem to think you are the only part of the world. others of us are about to have tea or supper when Tom is Maintaining his stuff. He has been able to notify Down times so he should also do same for Maintenance time even though everyone else "Up Over" is in bed. Now I know to stay away from FS at tea time , here. Thanks Bro.

Thanks friend. I now know I have to steer clear of FS around our tea/supper time here between about 5- 6pm equal to maintenance "Up Over" Thanks for the great review. Someone got upset with me over it hehe!

Hehe Bill, It was a bit of a rant. you folks in Up Over are all snug in your beds when this happens. Tom has always been able to let us know when Down time happens he should do the same for Maintenance time even when all his compatriots are asleep..WE ARE NOT! HEHE!! At least I know to stay ways from FS now around our supper time hehe.

Why is it slow in the morning, my morning that is. UK morning, anything between 5 to eight hours ahead of America. That's what I want to know. It's fine now seven o'clock of a UK evening. I do not understand this technology much and I do not understand why it is so variable. Art work makes me think twice about a plate of escargots for dinner.
