Hi, Vance,
"The Ultimate Gspot" is an excellent spiritual poem with the Gspot being a spot in the psyche, metaphor for focusing and experiencing the energy of gratitude, generosity, god, and grace in a meditation. Are you saying there is a physical spot on the body on which one should meditate? If so where is it?
The figurative language, flow, structure, rhyme, and rhyme scheme of this poem are excellent.

Hi Preston; great to hear from you and thanks so much for your kind words. For myself, I have always put my hands over my face and eyes to concentrate on the GOOD I want to acknowledge that God has given me and block out attention to the challenges of the world where risk, fear, uncertainty, complaints, anger, remorse, guilt, revenge, and any ugly thoughts can arrive. No matter what anyone may learn in life or science or education of any level, there is no more wonderful and rewarding place for the mind to rest than in the state of GRATITUDE! I plan to spend the rest of my days and words trying to lead others to this understanding! Blessings dear friend! Don't be a stranger
