This is the best poem in this contest that I have read. I am like you - I have 12 grandkids - I love it when they come over but I am always ready for some quiet when they leave LOL

We as grand parents do love and enjoy our grandchildren when they visit. But the silence after they left is always sweet. I had my two grandchildren last weekend for two days, we find a lot of items we thought are mussing. Lol.
