I must have been up till four last night.It brought me to tears. When you're feeling low- give it a try-like with your bicycle rehabilitation. Did I mention that I'm in the middle of an hilarious book right now about an American in England. Writer name is Bill Bryson and his new book is called- The Road To Little Dribbling. I must have been up till four last night.It brought me to tears. When you're feeling low- give it a try-like with your bicycle rehabilitation. LOL - take my word for it. . .no amount of crocheted seat covers are enough! (If only someone could figure out how to install a hammock-style seat on a bicycle!!!)
Sounds like other than the inevitable ACHES of a 50K bike ride (31 miles - are you insane?????) it sounds like it was quite a good time:-)
I hope you made arrangement to have breakfast delivered tomorrow - walking around the kitchen is going to be misery!!!! ;-)

LOL! Nope, I'm still the maid around here today! On the plus side though, Shaun did cook dinner for me last night which made a lovely change :)
Fortunately, I'm not aching too much this morning....damn that seat though!

Well good for you. I used to do long rides too so I know how challenging they can be - especially the first one. You did well to finish it - try to remember that tomorrow when you can't move lol. I just got a new trike. Was riding it today and my foot slipped out of my shoe - the shoes lock into the pedals so the shoe was fine - and I ran over my own foot lol - I might not be able to walk tomorrow either

Hi J :) Yep, I'm proud of my little self lol - I got out for a run this morning too so I'm on the fitness wagon for sure! Shaun and I need to spend more time together, life kinda gets in the way sometimes and we forget that actually, we do kinda like each other!!
