Wow.... a tragic situation for Wind. She can speak only with whispered breezes now, hoping someone will hear and dig her out. Until then, the world is safe from tornadoes, but sunny days will bake with heat. Wind must learn to behave, but when she practices self-control, she is loved by all. I got really wrapped up in this little story. Good one! :)
and the clouds burst with lightening <-- Spelling error to fix. No E, just lightning. With an E it means making a color lighter or removing weight, such as lightening your load or your hair.

Thank you so much. Fan story and especially people in this forum a true gift to me. Given to me by the wind. I have been so sad since the death of my step son and my best friend . You are all allowing me to heal by letting me write.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Life can be extremely hard on us. We all suffer the loss of loved ones. I'm dying slowly myself from a terminal illness, and my sweet hubby will have to grieve and learn to live without me. Is life worth it, given all the pain? I often wonder.

Thank you so much. I just took the prompt and wrote and it flowed. All of you have been a gift to me. I have been so sad since the death of my step son and my best friend. My friend was my confident and and English teacher. I used to write to her my poems and stories. but now I have you. I bet she sent you to me.

Thank you so much. I have been so sad since the death of my step son and my best friend. Krissie my best friend was an English teacher at the school I teach at. I used to write her my poems and stories and she would help me edit them. I think she somehow sent me to you guys. I am crying cleansing tears right now.

But that's between you and I since I'm a rugged dude. :)) It's was such a pleasure to read your piece and find out, "Hey, this gal can write. YAY!" I'm so pleased you joined us. A well written poem with a lot of imagination. This tribe will definitely miss their little wind that brought them prosperity and the will recognize when your breeze come over them.
