Hi who ever you are,
I don't know if you are new to FS but if you are then welcome, and I hope we the other members help you through your loss and make you feel you can write what helps you to mend a broken heart.
A very sad story.

You've made a good choice coming here. Not because we're all great people, but because there is safety in numbers. We won't all pop off together unless someone blows us all up or we choke on our own pollution, If either of those happen you'll be gone along with us and you won't have to worry about where your shgoes are.
Yes, you made a good choice because the best cure for ther blues is laughter, and there is plenty of that here, starting with this. Just remember as you go though; we're not laughing at you but with you.

Wow, this is a beautiful free verse poem and so poignant. It touched me deeply. Life is indeed tough on us at time and you ask yourself. But why? Why me? But to loose two persons that were dear to you and close as well that is hard. To feel anger is natural but also helps to deal with it I believe. As long as you can grieve. I am glad that you feel better and that your writing is helping. Just a wee nit. Budge.t = budget.

Wow, this is a beautiful free verse poem and so poignant. It touched me deeply. Life is indeed tough on us at time and you ask yourself. But why? Why me? But to loose two persons that were dear to you and close as well that is hard. To feel anger is natural but also helps to deal with it I believe. As long as you can grieve. A wonderful heartfelt story. A person don't know what pain is until they feel it in their core. The knowledge that you can't change anything makes it harder to work through.

Reading this writing, I know it comes from your heart. The pain and anguish that you experienced by their deaths is very evident. Your writing actually made me cry, as I can relate to losing a loved one too. Keeping their memory close is healing as is writing...I found that out myself. You are a good writer, keep going.

First I need to tell you I am so sorry for your double loss; recovery takes its own time. I will be keeping you in prayer.
In the first half you were 'saying it' instead of showing it which is usually better writing but when I finished the piece I realized it was a needed back story.
The last half of the poem was incredible; the part about not hiding true weaknesses rings so true. This is my favorite entry so far, but I have a few left. Thank you for sharing a very painful side of your life. Take care my friend.

First I need to tell you I am so sorry for your double loss; recovery takes its own time. I will be keeping you in prayer.
