An interesting collection of thoughts around the subject of integrity which started me thinking about what it meant to me.
Integrity means doing the right thing at all times and in all circumstances, whether or not anyone is watching. It takes having the courage to do the right thing, no matter what the consequences will be. Building a reputation of integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose, so never do anything that would damage your integrity, and take care to only spend time with others that have integrity "When you lie down with dogs you get fleas." My close friends share the same level of integrity as I. :...I didn't expect to write all that. Thank you for sharing your work and ideas, something about your still and ability encouraged me to look at myself. That is a rare talent.
Kindest regards

Very interesting piece on conscience and integrity. I found your writing to be logical.

And, therefore, our actions will always be in line with our conscience, and, we will never feel regret, or doubt, or distrust for our own judgement;' This is part of a larger complex sentence. Please consider the following. I would suggest you delete 'and' from the sentence and start with Therefore. Your next 'and' has commas before and after. I would take off the one on the back end.

Take care,
Russell
