I very much enjoyed your choice of imagery and the poem is delightful. I can just visualize that little scene being played out in my own yard. Very nice!

Cute and a darling poem. Absolutely suitable for a children's book .Ant with the jam on its lips is adorable.Honey green leaf and barley and jam bun.WOW!

I like the words to your poem
And the children will love how nice the ant-busy and lady bug have a nice time sipping tea.
I read it to my great grand children and the laughed and sat still that gives you a thumb up.

Beautiful children poem, mate. Good choice of words, smooth flow and a funny read too. It shows different good attitudes that children can get. Well done, mate. Lovely.

Your beautiful art and presentation drew me in and I'm sure would be appealing to a child. Loved the ending as well as the whole idea of the insects sharing tea. Great rhyme scheme.

A great poem for children as the animals are all relatable. Nice bit of rhyming. A great poem which could be the start of a book. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

How cute is this? Very cute! I could see this as a children's book with some very nice, colorful illustrations. The rhyme and the story would certainly appeal to a child. My best to you in the contest.

A cute little poem for children. I like the imagery used. Cute as a bug in a rug. LOL

I think a capital A should head the sentence, "ant" - Ant, your lips are covered

I found this to be a suitable poem for children. Mind you, I'm no expert, simply my opinion. Read relatively well, (a little bumpy).
