Great to see you back Jaq cee. This is a terrific poem to remind us of things happening outside our doors in distant lands that really need our attention.

I don't like this because it isn't true at all as it places blame on the west who is fighting for equality and freedom. Your poem flow is great yet I find it concerning about that you pinpoint.

That is what some think but it is actually not that way if you rediscover the foundation of poetry. It is either true or not right. How can one place five stars or more upon a write that is inaccurate. The one reviewing if they did such say they support the write in its entirety which would be false. The flow without meaning was good. Thank you. I'm honest.😀

Western Governments....who in my opinion are owned. bought and paid for-ever...who work for and live indebted to a small minority of elitists. Yes, I agree they are alpha and omega responsible for perpetuating and carrying out atrocities for their owners. However,that is the case everywhere in every government that ever was. There is one "ideology"...or some say "religion" who's battle cry is certainly not...."will set you free" Its book of instruction and founding prophet are and were held together by violent aggressive force. So I'm not sure that their upbringing and beliefs have not filled theirs and our world with hate. love Michael

VERY strong condemnation of the so-called 'good guy' Western powers and the damage and murder they dish out to the innocents in the name of freedom.
I can't type much, as the shelf below my desk which my keyboard was opn, has just collapsed and Ican't get it back together. I managed to manoeuvre the keyboard round thback of the desk and onto the top, but it' s now about an inch, literally, below my nose, and I'm having to stretch my arms up to type.
Here's a sixer for the grit and honest POWER of your sentiments.

I seriously recommend you report that imbecile, foxangie, to Tom. She's completely out of order in allowing her personal opinion to influence her rating, and her 'one star' nullifies my 'sixer' and thus stops extra exposure on 'today's well-received page'.
I'm certain Tom will delete her review if you ask him.
I've already 'muted' her for two ridiculous reviews, and I suspect she may have an agenda with ME, following my rating.
