just put up a new one today titled Alice's Coffee Shop. You have always treated me very fairly Mike! I lost someone in my life not long ago and its been a long way back for sure.

What a tender story. A boy and his dog is one of those epics that we all have heard dozens of times, but it is new very time you hear it. I was so happy the boy got a friend all his own. They will grow up wonderfully together.
Good descriptions. Excellent use of dialog to show the personality of your characters and move the story forward.

What a tender story. A boy and his dog is one of those epics that we all have heard dozens of times, but it is new very time you hear it. I was so happy the boy got a friend all his own. They will grow up wonderfully together.

This short story tells of the instant bond and admiration between a child and a puppy. The point of view of the child, narrating the story, progressed the story effectively and smoothly from the beginning to the end. Thanks for sharing this excellent write. God bless.

You are most welcome. A long time ago I wrote this story with a different point of view. The entire event was witnessed by a fellow sitting on a bench in that mall. Its called The Pet Store. Thanks for your great review Nassus 1957 and most kind words.
