_ What a super write---scary, indeed.
_ As one who worked late into the night one time at central office for the state, I was the only one in a 4-story building, downtown Phoenix at 9:00 at night. The only racket was EVERY little noise the janitors made. OOOOoooooh! SCARY!
_ Picture yourself the ONLY one in the parking garage too. Never did that again!

Thanks, Jax. I wanted to honor Gareth (giraffmang) by entering his contest while at the same time write as scar a Christmas tale as possible without being overtly gory, bloody, or lengthy. Hopefully I've been able to pull it off.
