LOL Bill! sounds like a conversation between a couple of deaf blokes, hilariously written by someone with a great sense of humour, Thanks for sharing my friend.

I enjoyed and had fun reading this one scene script. It was funny and the story progressed swiftly from beginning to end. The funny exchange of conversations moved the story along very well. Thanks for sharing an excellent write.

A humorous script of two men sitting in a theatre waiting for the movie Star Wars to begin and their conversation regarding the mix up of characters from one generation to another as one of them tries to piece together his befuddled mind by questioning the other. Well written and thought
out presenting a hhumorous side to all of us who are confused by the many new and popular movies mixed up by the past!

Pons and Ned are quite the comedic pair. I like how you incorporate Shrek, Star Trek and Star Wars. Star Wars was one of my favorite movies back in the day. I especially loved your last lines 'It's the third trilogy' ... 'I though it was Star Wars?'. Perfect ending to this fun and entertaining theater scene!

Haha - this reminds me of the old Abbott and Costello bit about who's on first. Maybe Ned will have it straight after he sees the film. A fun read. Hugs, Lou

Bill,

This was very entertaining and luckily I know just enough...probably more than Ned about the Star
Trek series and the Star Wars movie to "get it"

You were creative here and I enjoyed reading
your script.

Linda
(I hope you got your five stars this time:)

Ya' know, Bill, if I had a friend like Ned I'm afraid he would be dead because I'd surely have to kill him, lol. I'm surprised Ned was able to keep at least two outer space epics semi straight. If he had mentioned Cylons or Commander William "Bill" Adama in that conversation and I'd been Pons, I would have punched him squarely in the mouth and left him wondering why.

Yet another hilarious misadventure of the duo known as Ned & Pons...or Pons & Ned, depending upon who you ask.

~Dean :)

Ned: No, Shrek didn't star in it back then. [And the laughter begins, but coffee remains in mouth.]

Ned: Well, MISTER Pons, how could they [THis time, if I had coffee in mouth, the screen would have been the loser.]

Pons: Look, Ned, just to be clear. We're not going to watch Star Trek. [Okay, I've had about all I can take. I fahted. That's what 76-year-old's do when they can't spit coffee!]

Great mood setter!

My family plays the same free-flow games in general conversation.

We'll take a topic and run with it until it can't support another thought.

Your ability to make the most obvious comparisons fall to the illogical mistakes of two people thinking they're talking about the same thing, is pure magic.

Bill;
- you play on Ned's idiocy very well and make them look like a complete jerk. The way you do it was a challenge and you really compose the very well.
- your script flows very well and there are no hiccups and the characters are true to life in the conversation be between both characters are well written.
- poor Pons having to deal with his friend's stupidity or his unawareness of the situation.
- thanks for a very entertaining in numerous writing which I truly enjoyed immensely and may the good Lord be with you always Bill.
