Brett, I love the way you have personified the rock. There is a message here for all of us to remember. We must never get so full of ourselves that we harm others or do things that are wrong, least we to have the hammer brought down on us and we become just dust in the bin of life. Good write. Patricia

INdeed something to think about.
What a cute story in a poem complete with a moral.
If I remember right this is not the first like this you have done and the others were wonderful.

When you think and wonder about evil and wrong things, you will one or other time bring action to your evil mind and do what you think your mind tells you to do and that whatever you plan is right, until you have to pay for the evil things you do, then it is too late to change your way of thinking, harm is already done.

Ricky the Rock? Are you a Doctor Seuss fan? ... "Just funning you," as the hill-Billy said. I suspect there is a moral within this one but the clock struck two 17 minutes ago and I am punchy.

Hickery dickery doc
Two mice ran up a clock
The clock struck one
The other one got away.

Good night Brett.

Sleep tight. Watch those bed bugs. Don't let them bite.

A great lesson in a smooth flowing poem. Yes, what goes around, comes around.
People should think more of the consequences of their actions. That would prevent a lot of heart ache. :)
