Shalom old friend,

This poem has awesome alliteration and sounds and rhymes with vivid pictures and thoughts tightly fixed. It's been a while since I've been in here. This poem shows growth in your style. Amazing. Good work!

Yona

Another poem that pays tribute to the victims of the tragic massacre of innocent lives in the name of a misguided ideology. When will it end, I hope the government of France is now awakened by the threat of open borders. Thanks for sharing.

Hi...-smile- and thank you. But I fear their "Government" is controlled by an agenda chiefly motivated by a few as ours. the people of France have been opposed to this "forced" acceptance and now its consequence. love Michael

Hello :)

Very nice poem about the current events in Paris. Well chosen words to evoke feelings of sadness for all the victims that died. Attractive presentation. Good job!

Viva la France.. It is sad and heart breaking that hateful people wish to destroy others for no other gained means except because "I hate you. You don't worship my god". Thoughts and prayers go out to the families. You have written a beautiful poem expressing what we all feel.

Hi Linda...-smile-...all of these people have one common denominator...their religion. Their belief system...the core of who they think they are. There are those who claim it is only a "few" misguided individuals who have interpreted their holy word in erra.....and that we should not fear most who "believe" in Islams core truth....but they are foolish, for any religion that waits for a sign from its god to eliminate all others...cannot be trusted to be tolerant and or acceptant of others truths and or belief systems. the proof has been played out century after next atrocity. When from childhood you are taught to hate...a race...an ideology...or every other religion....you become numb to its right to breathe. Dumb to your own sinful souls self-destruction. love Michael

Reconciled,

You've penned a striking and memorable poem in honor of France and the victims.
Amazing choice of words...full of grace and compassion. "Resilient" is well fitted and chosen by you.

The music is fantastic and you have an overall impacting piece.

Thank you for putting into words what so many of us are still trying to process. (As an old French teacher, I think you meant "de jour".) I particularly admired your "chariots" metaphor and "Alice in Wonderland" allusion. Yes, vive la France!- Joan

This is one of the best I have read about the series of events, my friend. You have caught the moment of madness among many, yet you have the solace of a nation and its reality.
Well done, my good friend.
Proud to read writing such.
You have a good day, among all craziness and sadness.

Hey RG...thank you Bro....-smile- ...yes its almost unbelievable..except it happens all the time now....people who try to embrace nitroglycerine...get hurt.....and those who ascertain to convince us its safe to do so...are as culpable as the crime. Thank you man...love Michael

Sad images of a city in distress but rebounding in its strength with purpose. Well chosen words and descriptions of the effects on the city. One thing, did you mean perhaps, Vive la France? We grieve the loss of life through senseless terrorism everywhere in the world. faye
