Thank you for sharing and that question is on so many peoples mind. I believe each of us connect with others to enrich the essence of our being. The song "Lean on Me" as a friend I want to help with their problems. I love to make people laugh and remind them of all the wonderful people, things etc that have. They say that autumn is the season of reflection. We notice the change from stifling heat to cool breezes and start thinking of our past and how we have changed over the years. Somewhere along the line we start reflecting on why we're here and for what purpose. Your timely writing brings this to a head. Hope you are healing well.

Hi Patricia,
I enjoyed reading this write about having a purpose in life. It is true when we are young we think we know it all, but this is the rebellious stage. We live and learn, at least most of us do. When we get to know ourselves it is the beginning of us living our life purposely and positively.

_ You are spot on target in what you say in this, my friend.
_ We all indeed, do have purpose--even though there may be times that purpose blurs and goes out of focus.
_ In the end, as long as we learn about God's teachings, live a life offering love and compassion, sit back and practice patience, as I'm doing with my son now, I truly believe in the end when God has worked whatever lesson/reason there is to go through such strife--his will, will be done.
_ Always, no matter what, loved ones around us realizes our purpose.
_ It I can pass that on in writing, then I, too, have fulfilled a purpose of sorts.
