Oh, Bill, that is choice! So funny, but with content. On radio (and in print) we can be whatever we want ... until someone breaks down the door and exposes us for what we are.
Sometimes we are what we boast about, and then all they've done is broken down the door.
Who fixes the freakin' door then! Huh? Who?
Oh, thanks for the reminder on Trampus and grampus, though I wouldn't offer myself as a dictionary source to the reader, who might be offended and want to shriek out: "I knew that. I knew what braggawhatever means.
Thanks for making my load a little lighter, friend.

Great poem! I so enjoyed the read and the athor's comments brought me back to the Gunsmoke shows with Matt Dillon , Kitty, Chester, Festus, and Trampus! The rhymes were clever, "gramps, Trampus, and Grampus", "spiel, zeal, and chamomile"!

Comment from robyn corum
1.) He broadcasted from (D- 'on the') campus
2..) and a face fit for a grampus
and surely the radio
--> very nice!
3.) my favorite:
Eventually, the door burst in
as he sat with a toothy grin
dressed in just his naked skin
and braggadocio
hahahahahahaha
Great job!
