Roy ...

The wisdom of your writing always leaves an impression on me. It makes me stop to rethink some of my actions and deeds, some of which I take little pride in. Your reminders help me to reset my compass.

A splendid write with much to ponder ... and to consider with the aid of our conscience. As always, stellar writing!

Wishing you and Elaine the very best of everything. God Bless ...

Alan

A good reminder of what matters and what a bit of kindness and compassion can do. You express this so well in the second verse of your work.
I like the use of questioning it keeps the reader involved.
Good use of artwork

Put Christ first, then hang on for dear life, for life will not be easy. If it were easy, you would have nothing to compare future glory with.

Your usual fine poetry, Roy. Blessings to you. Good to have you back.

Very good advice in this poem to follow the Bible's advice to treat others with kindness - to threat them as you would want them to treat you (known as the Golden Rule) and to put others before your self. Luke 10:27 ... Love the Lord your God ... and your neighbor as yourself."

Hi Roy,

This is a really interesting poem. I always love reading what you write. I always I love the scriptures you put up too. This was a great poem all the way around. I like the picture of holding hands, too.

This is a deep spiritual exhortation, reminding man that there would be occasional troubles on the way but Jesus gives victory. Your emphasis on 'showing love to others' is well driven home. Nicely delivered.

Roy;
This perturbation and quivering moment of a life which possesses the same,: "If folk deceived with kindness' face, how would we know(?) there'd be no trace?", can be easily deceived If one doesn't show it and plus it's hard to see a tremor In a face that seems so kind and placid: "For if one's guys are always blue how could we read the faults from true." More than likely one could see it within the hearts of man.
-Your rhyming words were contingent to the meaning and concept of each line therefore making the rhythm to flow smoothly. It also helped that the rhyming was neither forced nor labored.
-Your rhythmic meter, cadence, timing and Temple were also helpful in making the reading clear, fluid and very easy.
-Thank you for sharing this really spiritually and enlightening piece of poetry for everyone to read and made a good Lord be with you always.

Life facts. For every good there is a negative. We should treat each orher always with dignity and respect, then the whole world will become a better place. Your poem is a perfect reminder to put Jesus first then we will have more joy

Wow! This very well written poem is a wonderful tribute to the way people should be to each other. It is a tribute to the love that Jesus has for all of us. And if everything was bright and clear, we'd not know what is real and what is not. I understand and I did very much enjoy reading this fine poem, my friend. It was excellent. Best wishes to you.

Always with respect,
