Greed is ruining the society and the believers are finding it difficult to accept the rein of God as everything is being judged materialistically and not spiritually. Your poem underscores the values abiding faith bestows.

Very philosophical and spot on message in 1st stanza, Roy, and you continue the theme of weighing one against the other, before making a judgement (that's even still sometimes wrong LOL), extremely well throughout.

I love this. Not only does it make me want to be a better person, it also shows me how far gone so many are. Can you imagine a world that followed just the basic principles of the teachings of Christ? This world would be a wonderful place.
