That is so very appropriate for today and yet it was written forty some years ago. But no matter what we must keep the faith and stay true to God and his word. Great read and keep on writing.

Oh my, I just lost all my comments. I flipped over to see a profile and when I came back every word I had written
was gone. Well, okay, no tears. I will begin again. Thank you Misrael for reviewing my work and being so
faithful to encourage me. I truly appreciate the stars and the support.

Thank you Benjamin for commenting on my work. I love this song and a lot of the 70's tunes. It was the music
of my youth.

Hi there,
This is a well written piece but some of the formatting is slightly off giving line breaks in the middle of sentences.
You say you don't believe these predictions from men but what happens if one actually turns out to be a prophet. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden, God stopped sending messengers, or prophets. I think it important to keep a little more of an open mid in these situations. After all, the entire Bible was written by men (fact), not by God.
Interesting.

GMG, thank you for commenting on my story. Yes, you are right that some men could be and are prophet's today in our generation. I do believe in true prophets. But, think on this...even Jesus said he did not know the hour and the date. I think we can look around us and realize we are facing a BIG change. I think to be prepared is the solution and I disagree with
you on the Bible. Yes, the hands of men but inspired by God.
I think the formatting is totally my fault. I write my stuff in Word then copy and paste to FS. Often, times I don't proof
read my stuff after posted. I know I should. I need to work on this. Thank you for pointing this out. I will try harder.

Comment from Michael Ludwinder
I thought this was well written. It reads more like a poem than prose (you've listed it as prose) and it is very poetic. I love the use of repetition. The word choices were strong. Very creative and well written.

You've written an excellent non-fiction commentary
You're right about all those predictions
They come and go like leaves in he wind
When it does end, I doubt anyone will predict the date
So like you say, it's best to be prepared
I remember hearing Barry McGuire's song over and over again.
He was wrong too
Very well written

Excellent. Yes, I can remember two or three times when the world was supposed to end. There have even been cases of mass suicide because of so-called ending of the world. I agree with you that this world is a mess but I am not going to lose any sleep over it. When the time comes it comes. There will be nothing anyone can do. This was very good work.
