Oh my stars...Yoga the answer to inner peace. I've learned something today, because I like Frank would have exploded making matters worse. I thank you for another enlightening chapter. By the way, I like the use of your characteristic naming of the teacher who we as readers will surely get to know-Piggy Eyes...what a hoot!

In spite of my description and what she did, I liked her --up until this point. But paybacks are hell. :-)

My goodness, never a dull moment...I often joked that stress was so much more interesting than a calm life. How would I know? Never had a calm day in my entire life. You husband sounds like a gem, so pleased you had him beside you during the rough times. I meditate every day too, I wouldn't know how to get through the day without it.

I don't do anymore. Life has finally evened out. I don't even give a hoot anymore about my FS ranking. I can't write just to score.

Before the memorial service, he urged, [Extra space after "he"]
And then, after the memorial gathering [Another extra space after "And"]
What a marvelous ending to this chapter, Shari. I adored the way you gave the reader a mini-course in your meditation practice (so effectively so that I wanted to start mine tomorrow), showed how it helped you weather every storm ... but then introduced the one storm it didn't help you with. You shared everything but HOW you reacted in a most UNHOLY way, I'm guessing.

Buggers! It's always those last minutes changes done on the editing site that do me in.
No, I was rational at least to her face. But behind the scenes, I finally melt down.

My God, you have things happening one right after the other. I think I'm a lot like your husband. I think it was so sweet of him to leave you that note. Bravo for him.
I hate it when favoritism is used at work. I've been through it a few times myself and it really angers me - but what can you do but go on with the show, or quit.
This very well written chapter was a real eye opener into what you've been through and how wonderfully you handle everything. My hat is off to you, my friend. It held my interest very well. Best wishes to you.
Always with respect,

Thanks, Eigle. I really feel that my meditation helped me get through. Needless to say, hubby doesn't practice that[

I applaud you for the way you behaved with your family , like they could do anything and it did have any negative effect in you. One day the are going to apologize to you for their behavior. I like the letter Frank wrote to you and the way you handle stress. Your boss did wrong in giving him your class and doing it at a time you were so vulnerable.

I appreciate that six for airing my family's behavior. Never did get an apology though. Frank's letter was better than that. I was so happy that he recognized my positive behavior. Boss did wrong, but eventually justice will out.

Frank is the Man! Wants to take up for you when you are bullied but yet not afraid to show a softer side and apologize.
I like how you transitioned into another story once you got back to work.
Sounds like typical school politics. "Piggy eyes"...now that's funny! 8-)

That letter meant a lot and also helped to heal. And then I return to school and get wounded again!

That Miss Piggy eye needs to keep her eyes in her head. You are a saint. What a lovely note your husband penned. This part of your story is so much better than the last. The only thing I noted in this sentence..... I never did get up nerve to. I know you forgot the word the in your typing. Kudos on such a fabulous job.

Thanks, Mom. Yes, a little breather here... until the end!

Oh sounds like I have lots to look forward to.

No, that isn't fair, bit it does seem to be the way of the world. What a rotten thing for her to do, and the timing was awful.
Your life reads better than a fiction novel. There is never a dull moment and it feels like a wild ride with all sorts of twists and unexpected turns. What could possibly happen next?

These chapters are the climax of my life. The rest is all downhill in a good way. Still, some strange happenings among my kin and at school too.

You write how well you are able to handle stressful situations and list several, all of which those of us reading this book have been through with you. Even Frank praises you for your patience.
Damn it Shari, isn't it about time to crack? Miss Piggy Eyes giving your honors classes to Mr. Charming and Handsome would have me livid. Have at her.

Don't worry. I'm not perfect. And justice prevails at the end.

Really? You're not? lol

Very detailed which doesn't take anything away from the interesting characters, and the story is woven beautifully around your mom's ashes; and Frank's emotions are kept In check. Shows how the other half is just that. Well penned. Les
