I lived in drought southern California in the mountains for 12 years. Forest/brush fires were always a danger and water had to be rationed. I hope your friends are safe. Marilyn

California is having many fires and though I don't live there, I am quite sure they are all in the mountainous areas where only a few live. Otherwise it would affect millions of people being evacuated and losing their homes.

There is no need to worry over Brooke and her family. Their spiritual strength and faith will see them through. As far as the California fires are concern, there is plenty of water in the Pacific Ocean.
