I think your poem fits the picture perfectly. Love isn't measured by the size of your heart(the elephant's heart is huge) but what we feel when we're together(her leaning against him so trusting and tender.)

What a great sentiment. It is so true, my heart swells when my family is near, I sometimes find myself crying as I watch my son play, or when my daughter sit's close to me on the couch, (she's fifteen.)
