i endow to you my last six of the week. this is beautiful roy, great imagery presented. the first stanza just draws the reader in and won't let go until the end. I enjoyed reading it.

A lovely reflective poem, you have captured a lot in these verses. The first verse is particularly striking. 'Riding the lightnings' shaft' is exceptional. I have no more six stars left or I would award one.

Excellent

If only all dreams of love could come true but humans are fallible. But God's love is pure and "love descends on hope's sweet dove" the symbol of the Holy Spirit. I love the way you expound upon the bible verses in poems. The dove reference is close to me - I have a website The Whit dove - spread messages of peace and love.

Gorgeous artwork the lightning and the beautiful full moon and I love the opening two lines, it sets up your poem beautifully. - worthwhile dreams - and - golden looms - some lovely lines in this one Roy. A great read.

This post rhymes well, and is full of poetic imagery. The blue moon or whatever
of last evening was swallowed by the branches of the big trees around my house,
but it seemed very bright. No lightning, for a change...excellent post.
