I have been out of town. Sorry to have missed so much wonderful work. This piece is so perfect with its declarations of why you were born, what you were meant to be and do.
The rhyming and smoothness is evident throughout.
May I offer this as a suggestion?
Reverse the final two lines so that we are left with God's heart.
"I was born in His embrace to be set apart
To always feel the rhythmic beating of God's heart."

You were born to remind us of Jesus sacrifice for our sins and reminder of our faith in our dear Lord for all the trials that face us in wonderfully poetic ways And to be our friend!

Very good Roy!
Aren't we all born for the same things? Unfortunately not too many know it and the few who do, are not caring.
I like your work,
All the best

A fine topic choice and amazing image.
Each couplet tells of another wonderful life experience .
I think you were also born to write and share this with others.

When we are born is a gift for us all in every way

To me the question "what is the purpose of life?" is a bit like the question "why is red?" However, you obviously feel there is one, and draw a lot of comfort from that - so that's good. The rhyme is simple and effective, and the words flow well. No SPaG issues that I could see. Well done, thanks for sharing. Craig.

Your commitment to God is quite obvious in this poem. Seeing and feeling all the good things He provides proves His love for us a million ways. Your poem flowed nicely and came to a pleasant conclusion - His loving embrace.

ROYOWEN,
You did a wonderful job with this challenge. The flow was very nice. The theme was good. The artwork complemented your poem. Very enchanted flow of words.
I saw no SPAG and no typos. Everything looked in place.
Your feelings are very understandable and expressed through the poem.
I look forward to seeing you again.
Love you,
Oatmeal
