I can't afford to throw away a pair of shoes every time I step on dog crap. It's nice to be a wealthy poet, LOL. I have a Shih Tzu. They are a very loving breed, but not too bright. They sincerely believe their Shih don't stink!

That's cute. I guess I've been lucky so far. That hasn't happened to me. I've stepped in plenty of gum, but no dog poo. I don't know how you'd get the smell out. I'm glad you were the smell tester and not me. LOL
