I have thoroughly enjoyed every chapter of your story, and especially those containing parts about Igor and Nadzia. I wouldn't have any idea of how to make Igor, a mouse, or mice into loveable, entertaining characters, but you sure have. Great chapter. :-)

I'm so glad you've enjoyed it, Ric. What started as a fun idea because I'd finished a book, has now become a very enjoyable experience as the various characters make their voices heard!

I think Nadzia is one very lucky little mouse. She's going to have a safe new home about five minutes before the cat moves in. I loved the scene with Igor chasing the imaginary mice out of the kitchen. Very creative.

Nazdia isn't out of the woods yet, but at least Igor is now in his new room, courtesy of Laura's generosity. He now has to get his head around the ghostly happenings in his room! Alexis x

Ha ha ha! This is such an amusing incident with subterfuge on all sides! I really like Igor as a character and I wonder when he will be found out? I'm glad you're carrying on with the story, Alexis. Best wishes, Pete x

I can't believe how many people like Igor. I introduced him as a character just for humour, but many have taken him into their heart. If I'm not careful, he'll take over the book! Alexis xxx

Hello there my sweet friend. I have missed so much of your writing. I have been hiding out. My western book has done poorly and I just have not felt like reviewing. I like this chapter. It has a superb flow. It'll take a while to catch up. Love you Lady

It's so nice to see you back here reviewing, Bear. You have been missed! I understand how it feels when you put your heart and soul into something and then it doesn't soar in the way you thought it would. Been there and got the tee shirt! We must soldier on, irrespective! Alexis xxx

Wonderful, It's coming along nicely and Igor seems to be ahead of the game with regards to the mice. It's quit hilarious actually. I am looking forward to reading on. Ulla

I got a great mental image of Igor swinging that broom around, while threatening the mice that weren't there. I'm not a huge fan of rodents and yet, I'm pulling for Nadzia and the babies. Igor has saved them for another night!

Lol, that's one of the things I can't get over. I don't know anyone who likes mice, but everyone seems to be rooting for Nazdia. I think it's really Igor everyone's rooting for, because he's such a popular character! Alexis xxx

That was quick thinking on Igor's part. The tomato puree was a good touch. Karen was certainly fooled. I hope the garbage truck doesn't do a pick up before Igor can hide the tin somewhere else. A funny chapter.

A great comic scene opens this post. I could picture this built man with a broom chasing the mice. Then to pass off tomato puree as blood. Too much. His love for Nadzia knows no bounds. LOL

Bravo! Great chapter. Lots of fun and thrills! The mice were saved. ( Only happy about that because they are NOT in my kitchen!) :-D

You did a great job girl!! Very exciting.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I agree. I can't believe my main focus in this chapter was saving a mouse and her offspring! I did batter a rat to death with a broom many years ago, but it had just chewed the toe off one of my new designer boots I'd bought in the January sales, so I felt justified. My husband said I was like a woman processed! Alexis xxx

Whew! I'm glad Nadzia and her babies are safe, but they're outside. Aren't there cats outside? I do worry. Don't I?
The chase scene with the broom and bloody pasta sauce was fantastic.

You have some weird stuff going on in your authors notes: Ã????????????Ã???????????Ã??????????Ã?????????Ã?

Lol, why is that? Whenever you put an italic in the author's notes, it produces a stream of a's and question marks! Yes, Nazdia is safe for now, but tomorrow...
