I had no idea that Brooke was unwell, I had noticed that she hadn't been around as much but I never thought that that was the reason. I really liked the imagery in this piece, Dean, particularly of the ten tiny dandelion seeds finding homes around Earth which is a true reflection of Brooke's latest writing. A brilliant job, thanks for sharing...Jacob

Awesome poem! This style of relaying poetry is quickly becoming one of my favorite. I truly enjoyed the imagery used here, especially the idea of bathing a countryside in gold. Each tiny seed's story was expertly expressed. I hope that last little guy makes a name for himself :) Thank you for sharing.

What a delightful poem Dean, and a lovely tribute to your friend Brooke. This was a lovely read and the moving graphics also added to the lightness of the poem. I thought your word choices were perfect and told the journey of the little seeds really nicely and the last Stanza summed up many FanStory writers feelings for Brooke. Deserves 6 stars Cheers Christineð???

This is yet another wonderful rendition of the ten little Indians poem by the author here. This is an interesting concept and maybe I will have a go at it myself.

Beautiful artwork several times that complement your poem perfectly. It is as Brooke would have made it. I am sure she will love it when she sees it. All about Dandelion seeds.

I just got up and spotted this, it is the best tribute I have read so far because it is not full of schmaltz! It is a poem written in her own style. I loved the dandelions blowing in the wind. Great rhyming and imagery, and super counting poem for kids. I spotted two wee errors, hope you don't mind (I can't help spotting errors, I see them in my sleep)Verse 4, its worth (it's = it is), Verse 7, fourth one. Most enjoyable. Faye

To offer less than a sixer would be an insult to the giver as well as to the receiver. Your pen has given this poem "msterpiece" status. Brooke, we are all waiting for your return. With Love/C.

With much love, for sure, Charlie.
Thank you for your kind comments and exceptional rating. All are very much appreciated, Charlie. I hope Brooke gets the opportunity to read all of the beautiful poems dedicated to her, and that she'll return to us soon, happy, healthy, and rarin' to go.

Something I'm sure Brooke would appreciate now with not just feeling herself. And, that she will soon be better to cope with what has taken her away from her home &, also, here.
Your poem with moving pictures, I am sure will capture her heart, as it has made me think that you managed to take one of her favorite flowers & turn that into a get well message of a safe return for her to us here on FS, & that is quite an accomplishment.

Ah, Dean, you've outdone yourself with this magnificent presentation, my friend, and with sentiment. (I won't comment on meter, since we've had this discussion in past) but the overall poem strikes a sweet chord. Lovely. Brooke is sure to enjoy it.

Thank you very much for your kind comments and review, Dawn. And please, I love learning about meter, so if you have any suggestions for me to improve the meter in this, I would really love to hear them. Structured, formal poetry is really not my strong point, and I'll be the first one to readily admit that. Anything I can learn simply helps me to improve in, what I perceive to be, my weakest area.
Thanks so much again for reading. It is appreciated. ~Dean

The rebirth of tiny seeds tell us more insights. The poet ascribes a speedy recovery by this poem to inform us there is dangers situations that we pass through the world. Over coming those is the challenge set before us.
