Perfect title for this piece. Cute little ones! I enjoyed the chat between the kids. I can see how 3 at once would be exhausting. They never seem to run out of energy, when they are at this age.

That sounds like the perfect title for a children's story. "You can't hide broccoli in your glass of milk."
That's great that pappy and grammy can play with the kiddos, but wow, seven weeks to recover? They really put you through the ringer.
I loved the conversation the kids had. Especially justifying picking on your siblings by saying it's because you love them.
Great story. One to tell the grandkids when they get old enough to have their own kids.

Very cute little slice of family life, John, and also very well written. Your pride is showing, my friend, LOL...
I would imagine that it doesn't get much better than that. I've yet to experience being a grandparent. I agree with you, however, that eventually we get too old and set in our ways to deal with hyper-active kids on a daily basis. But, that's the great think about having grandkids, right...the whole point? You can spoil them, ramp them up on sugary sweets, them simply send them back home to mom and dad.
Oh, revenge is a dish best served with M&M's on top, heh-heh...
Good work, a very heartwarming story. ~Dean

Yep, grandchildren are perfect. I don't always know what mine are talking about either. They think I lived with the dinosaurs, and I tell them stories about when I did. Of course you can't hide unwanted food in milk. You hide it in your pockets and flush it later. I'm sure they'll figure that out soon enough. LOL

Aren't grandchildren absolutely wonderful, their conversations are the best entertainment one can receive from anybody. Because you love them it becomes even more wonderful. I have four grandchildren 3 boys and a girl, and they are the best. Loved your well written and very cutesy photo and conversation. Well written, articulate delivery and expression, I enjoyed it immensely! Blessings, Roy.

This is a cute story surrounding the picture of these three. Aria has quite the speech phrasing for a newborn. It's good to know Scuffy the Tugboat is still in print. Happy day.

This is a delightful exchange between the siblings--at least as you imagine it. The dialog is snappy and fun to read. Love that you can't hide broccoli in milk, and siblings picking on each other shows they care. So true. The picture is adorable, but as their Poppa you already know that.

The littlest one looks like get me outta here in the picture. It's perfect. My parents will give my nephews whistles. My dad works at Oscar Mayer, they have and endless amount of wiener whistles. You wanna talk about annoying and yes my parents think it's funny to give it to the kids in the house. It's fun to see them but it's fun to see them leave. Kids are fun and one day I want one of my own but I'm okay with just playing with them for now. Great job with this and enjoy every minute with those beautiful kids
