OH MY! This can't be good for Blaze. I am wondering how much angel power she has left. I am sure God will help her. Luke is going to cause all sorts of trouble here. Good writing job.

Thanks a million for the sixer, Barbara. Blaze wouldn't have been so frightened if she'd known it was only Luke and not the FBI. :)

He's soooooo dumb. Hahaha!!
Loved the slamming of the pneumatic door scene. What a great visual. She was really scared. Luke has everything he's looking for and then just wanders away. Too much. I expect he's going to pursue though. We'll see. mikey

She lowered her voice to a whisper, "Oh, speaking of the Devil, here he comes now."
Ha, ha. If the clerk only knew.
So Luke get his jollies when Blaze shows fear. That big belly of hers is coming in mighty handy.

Thanks, Shari. Pregnant women always get a break from men, who are terrified by it! LOL! :)

And the crazy tale keeps rolling on, never losing its momentum...

I can't imagine how you think these things up.

Enjoyed the chapter, Phyllis.

Luke has quite a cover as an FBI agent. Blaze is on the verge of getting Sebastian out of the hospital when he shows up. Luke is confused at first because the clerk tells him that Sebastian was a patient but was released. Luke is trademark rude to the clerk. He does see Blaze, who is on the verge of getting "Wesley" released to her. Luke tries to detain Blaze, but she cleverly tells Luke he'll have to get the wheelchair for him. She's always able to outsmart Luke, so she takes off with the drowsy Wesley. Great work. judi

Hi Phyllis,

I can't decide if Luke is dumber when he's in hell or on the earth.

I just made a side trip to my online dictionary - didn't know what pneumatic meant. I'm so glad I looked it up because now I can really the enjoy the humorous scenario. I especially like the line about Luke pulling a muscle, lol.

Another good chapter. Hugs, Lou

Thanks so much, Lou. He's always an idiot. Look how dumb he was even in Heaven, thinking he could take over and become God.

I've put the definition in the notes. Glad you mentioned it, since others probably didn't know either.

I usually pay attention to notes, that could have saved me a side trip.

That's a cat and mouse chapter, Phyllis. Lucifer knows Blaze, but doesn't know Wesley is Sebastian. Blaze knows who Wesley is but doesn't know the FBI agent is Lucifer. I love the part where Lucifer couldn't close the door. Is he out of touch with things in the modern world? An entertaining chapter. Now Blaze is making a getaway. Hope she makes it.

cheers
Annette

Thanks so much, Annette. They'll both figure out the truth, but who will catch on first? :)

Whee, close call. Now she has to rescue the man she cursed. That should be enough penitence for a lifetime. Hoe she can drive safely while that shook up...I can't.

Thanks, Carolyn. I know what you mean! I'd forget my way home if the FBI was after me... which is probably a good thing. :)

I don't even like to feel like I'm being followed by a traffic cop and I never break the rules. lol

My word, Lucifer needs to get himself an executive assistant he can't keep track of anything. Lucky thing Blaze has got him all figured out.

Ha ha the mickey his opponents had slipped into the Senator's drink. That sounds about right.

LOL, finally the phrase speaking of the Devil is for real and not one of those figuratisms.

Aw, poor Luke doesn't have a clue. Well, maybe a clue, but he needs a few more.

Oh man that is priceless how Luke was so easily tricked. He really is funny, which is good because we wouldn't want to be scared of him.

Terrific job, Phyllis.

No doubt Blaze can get Sebastian sorted out. I think Luke will figure things out eventually, but it will be too late. But Sebastian's in a lot of trouble. Will Lorna be able to rescue him? Will she even want to?

Thanks, Cindy. Lorna has moved to another city to be with her new guy (Remember Theo's friend at the dance club?). Sebastian may be sad about that, but he'll realize they always led each other into corruption.
